snug as a bug in a rug…
Farmers’ Almanac predicted it. - as did my tenant Ken… and my right knee….
a BIG snowstorm a’coming!
and here it is!
My car may be stuck down here for quite some time. My driveway goes over a creek and uphill a pretty long way right onto the street. - where the snow is piled up from the snowplow. Yes, I have a snowblower of my own, but I must admit I enjoy these quiet days of naps and movies and oh, yes, knitting. I am working on cat beds to put into the igloos I have built for them on the front deck! they seem happy to stay outside and poke their little heads out when I offer them food. Kia brought me a little gift yesterday afternoon - proudly placed it into the food dish and and strutted around in circles. poor birdie…. so I tossed it into the woods and praised her for her hunting prowess… glad it wasn’t a bunny!
So the shop —- Meg is also snowed in, Cindy is vacationing in the Florida Keys (didn’t she pick a great time??) and Joy is homebound as well. The plan is that Joy WILL OPEN the shop on Friday by noon — and I hope to get there as well - with help.
